TYRONE ASSOCIATION DUBLIN – MUINTIR THÍR EOGHAIN The Tyrone Association Dublin event last night was a great success. The Association’s events are getting better on every new occasion! Last night ( 8/5/2024) the acclaimed film titled “THE IRISH QUESTION” which focused on the possible future unification of Ireland dealt with many of the issues facing us all in such an eventuality. The Film engendered a lively and intelligent discussion with the large crowd present and an excellent panel. The attendance included Herr Cord Meier Klodt, German Ambassador who gave a very eloquent and useful insight to Germany’s re-unification experience. Deputy Lord Mayor Nial Ring was present on the Panel and spoke passionately on the subject. John Walsh, Writer and Film Producer also spoke and answered questions. Our President, Tony McGrath moderated the discussion and our Chairperson, Ultan Anderson presided. The venue was the beautiful and comfortable Raglan Theatre in The Lansdowne Hotel.
